While booking a road test, you will be asked to provide some personal information. The details that you provide to us allow us to book your road test appointment, send a confirmation email, send an appointment reminder, and contact you regarding your order. You will not be placed on any promotional phone or mailing lists, nor will your information be released to any third party, except as may be authorized by law.
Full refunds are available while your appointment is not booked. If a refund request is received beyond this point it won't be satisfied.
The following situation might occur due to a reason that the booking process is carried out automatically but handling refunds is performed manually:
All bookings are final. We only book you within the date range you selected. If after receiving a confirmation email about your appointment you decide that the confirmed date doesn't work for you, you should cancel it and submit a new order. No refunds will be provided for the booked appointment so don't select dates that don't work for you and plan your schedule accordingly.
